During the course of an assignment you will provide Mosaic with documentation and other information during interviews with trustees/directors, staff and volunteers. This information may be sensitive to your organisation and not already in the public domain. Any such information divulged to us will remain private.
PRIVACY POLICY
Mosaic undertakes consultancy assignments for agreed purposes for SME charities and voluntary not for profit organisations set out in the letter of engagement, largely by means of face to face, phone or online personal interviews. The final report will be presented at meetings in person or online. In order to do this Mosaic, through its directors, will hold contact details of persons interviewed, interview notes and other relevant personal data. These will all be kept confidential to your organisation in accordance with our confidentiality policy
When processing this personal data Mosaic will comply with its obligations under the GDPR. In particular, we will abide by the following principles:
1. use email addresses and phone numbers provided by the client
2. use any other personal data only with the express consent of the individual
3. correct any error in the personal data held, as soon as reasonably practicable, after it has been brought to our notice;
4. only hold this data for as long as is necessary to complete the assignment and any subsequent review, after which it will be deleted;
5. take reasonable management and technical steps to secure the processing of the personal data,

We may record interviews and meetings if held online solely for the purpose of a more thorough understanding of the content Those recordings are for our use only and are not disclosed without express consent . We will delete the recording when it is no longer needed to achieve the purposes of the assignment.
